The Red Martini was recently in the news when ex-Judge Christina Peterson was arrested for hitting a police officer at the club on June 20.
Peterson denied being under the influence of alcohol and she said she only had one glass of wine.
The Supreme Court of Georgia removed Peterson from the bench following her arrest.
