Chrisean Malone, a.k.a. Chrisean Rock, was released from jail on a $25,000 bond on Friday, Sept. 6. She was reunited with her special needs son Chrisean Malone Jr. in a livestream video. Baby Chrisean turned 1 on Sept. 3.
The 24-year-old aspiring rapper was arrested in June when she arrived at ex-boyfriend Blueface’s hearing at a Los Angeles courthouse.
She was charged with misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon and battery. The charges stemmed from an altercation involving Tamar Braxton’s backup singer, James Wright Chanel.
The Oklahoma District Attorney filed a request to have Rock extradited to his state to serve 30 days in jail for failure to complete the required community service on drug charges.
The warrant was granted, but Rock took to Instagram Live to say she wasn’t going anywhere.
Last month, Rock was extradited to Oklahoma to serve her 30-day sentence.
Meanwhile, Blueface was transferred from the Men’s Central Jail in L.A. to North Kern State Prison in Delano, California on Friday. He will be processed there and then transferred again to a prison to begin serving his 4-year prison sentence for a probation violation.
His new mugshot shows how Blueface (Jonathan Porter Jr.) looks now without any illegal drugs in his system.
Blueface’s father, Jonathan Porter Sr., threw a birthday party for his grandson on Sept. 3.
“Free Blueface,” Porter Sr. said in a video while standing next to a table stacked with birthday gifts. He added: “Also, we are all hoping that they free Chrisean within the next week.” Porter Sr. said he hoped she would be free in time to open all the gifts for her son.
