Toronto police are investigating a shooting outside Drake’s $100 million mansion early Tuesday. A man identified by witnesses as Drake’s bodyguard was shot outside the rapper’s mansion in the upscale Bridle Path neighborhood of Toronto.

Police responded to the shooting shortly after 2 a.m. Tuesday. The unidentified 48-year-old man was found “outside the gates of the home” with serious gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital.

It is unclear if Drake was at home at the time of the shooting. The rapper is cooperating with the investigation.

Sources told The Toronto Sun that the man was shot “multiple times” in a drive-by.

The shooting occurred amid an ongoing feud between Drake and fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar.

The cover photo for Kendrick’s diss track “Not Like Us” featured a birds-eye view of Drake’s house along with red dots and faces. The red dots and faces are for registered sex offenders on the Citizen app.

In “Not like Us,” Kendrick said Drake likes them young and he urged Drake’s friends to hide their little sisters from him.

Kendrick wondered why Drake continues to hang out with Baka Not Nice, a Canadian rapper who has been accused of human trafficking.

Kendrick, 36, also referred to Drake’s 2021 album Certified Lover Boy as a crew of “certified pedophiles.”

Drake, 37, is considering taking legal action against Kendrick for defamation of character. He is reportedly consulting with Cardi B’s attorneys. The law firm secured a $4 million judgment against blogger Tasha K for defamation.
