Draya Michele is suing her ex-boyfriend, Tyrod Taylor, for trying to evict her from a home he bought when they were in a relationship.
Michele, 39, is suing Taylor, 34, for breach of contract, TMZ reports.
In court documents, obtained by TMZ, the Instagram model claims the former NFL player broke a verbal agreement to sell her the home.
Michele offered to pay Taylor $2.3 million for the house, where she lives with her children.
Michele claims Taylor made a counter-offer of $3.2 million, which she agreed to pay.
She said Taylor “surprisingly” threatened her with an eviction. The mom-of-three said she paid $300,000 to renovate the house with the understanding that the money would go toward the $3.2 million asking price.
Michele and Taylor started dating in 2020, after she broke up with former Dallas Cowboys star Orlando Scandrick. Draya and Scandrick share a son named Jru.
Michele has a history of dating pro athletes, and she recently gave birth to Jalen Green’s first child.
She previously dated Corey Coleman of the NY Giants and quarterback Jameis Winston of the Browns, and NBA stars Javaris Crittenton and DeShawn Stevenson. Michele also dated singer/songwriter Chris Brown.
