Faison Love On Sean Combs’ Arrest: ‘When Has Being Nasty Been a Federal Crime?’

Faison Love commented on the recent arrest of hip-hop mogul Sean Combs on sex trafficking charges.

The actor/comedian questioned the validity of a federal indictment that also charged Combs with kidnapping, forced labor, transporting, and maintaining sex workers for prostitution, threats and coercion, and arson.

“I need y’all to help me… I’m confused. The Cassie thing I understand,” Love said, referring to Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura who settled a lawsuit with Combs in November.

“They should definitely lock this ni**a up, putting his hands on the young lady. But I don’t understand the other sh*t,” he said. “Can y’all help me? When has being nasty been a federal crime? And I’m glad they told me. I didn’t know there was a limit on baby oil. I’m getting a few [bottles] ’cause we get ashy.”

Love referred to federal agents seizing 1,000 bottles of baby oil and other lubricants during raids on his homes in March. The feds referred to the baby oil as “freak off supplies.”

Love wondered if possession of multiple bottles of baby oil is a federal offense. “We get a massage or something… I don’t know. Please tell us the new rules for ni**as.”

Love compared Combs to famous Black boxer Jack Johnson who was charged with sex trafficking in the 1800s. “He was whupping as* — mainly white folks as* — and they couldn’t stop him,” Love explained.

Johnson was the first Black man to hold the world heavyweight championship.

Johnson drove flashy cars and had a mouth full of gold teeth. He was very popular with white women, such as Hollywood actress Mae West, which led to his downfall.

The feds charged Johnson with transporting a white woman across state lines for indecent purposes.

Love suggested that Johnson was charged with trafficking to stop him from dominating the boxing world.

Love echoed the concerns of rappers and professional athletes who routinely fly Instagram models across state lines for intimate services.

After Combs was arrested, many rappers and athletes locked their social media pages, scrubbed their DMs, and deleted their text messages of any evidence that might suggest they are “trafficking” women.

“Make it make sense. We need to know the new rules,” Love said. “Can’t take anybody on vacation. Can’t take anybody to Vegas. Damn sure don’t bring them to Atlanta. Uh, I need y’all to help me, ’cause I don’t know the new rules. Please tell me what was illegal.”
