The Jacksonville Sheriff’s SWAT team arrested Julio Foolio’s killers during a thunderstorm.
Bodycam video shows police arresting Isaiah Chance Jr. and his girlfriend Alicia Andrews, both 22, at a house in Duval County.
Both suspects are charged with premeditated first-degree murder with a firearm, and conspiracy to commit premeditated first-degree murder with a firearm, according to police.
The third suspect, Sean Gathright, 18, was taken into custody at a different location. The suspects are being held in the Duval County Pre-Trial Detention Center “pending transfer to Tampa,” the sheriff’s office said.
The suspects are charged in the ambush shooting death of the Jacksonville rapper in the parking lot of a Holiday Inn in Tampa on June 23.

After Foolio’s death, aspiring rapper Youngeen Ace shared his new song, titled “Game Over,” which many believe is a Foolio diss track.
There are rumors that Ace paid for the hit on Foolio. Ace has not been charged.
Tampa police announced the 3 arrests on Monday, July 29.
“Today’s announcement would not be possible without the outstanding investigative work of our homicide detectives and with the assistance of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and the ATF,” said Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw.
Chief Bercaw said the suspects took extreme measures to cover their actions, “But they were no match for our investigators.”
Police are looking for 2 other suspects in the murder.
