Chance The Rapper is back on the market after his estranged wife Kirsten Coley filed for divorce again.
Kirsten announced their decision in a post on Instagram.
“After a period of separation, the two of us have arrived at the decision to part ways. We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the same time we spent together. God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters who we will continue to raise together.”
She added: “We kindly ask for privacy and respect as we navigate this transition. Thank you.”
This is the 2nd or 3rd time Kirsten has filed for divorce from the 30-year-old “No Problem” rapper.
The ex-couple share 2 daughters under age 10.
The pair began dating in 2013 after they first met while attending the same kindergarten together in Chicago.
In May 2016, they broke up and Kirsten petitioned the court to declare Chance as the father of their first daughter. She also asked for child support.
After the Chicago Sun-Times wrote an article about their failed relationship, Chance wrote: “Y’all better do y’all jobs and stop worrying about how good my family is. Just a friendly reminder. Don’t let anybody get between you and your family.”
Chance and Kirsten eventually settled the child support dispute out of court, and they reunited on July 4, 2018.
They married on March 9, 2019, and guests included Kim Kardashian, Dave Chappelle and Kanye West.
Kirsten has been plagued by rumors that she was born a male – despite giving birth to 2 children.
