Natasha Rothwell will star in and produce the television adaptation of the viral “Who TF Did I Marry” TikTok series.
The TV series is based on Tareasa Johnson’s 50-part TIkTOk videos about her nightmare marriage to a man who pretended to be a VP of a condiment company.
Johnson claimed her ex-husband had multiple ex-wives, pretended to be a university football star, lied about his daughter’s death (she’s still alive), and even passed off his twin brother’s life as his own.
Women everywhere identified with Johnson. Her TIkTok videos were viewed over 450 million times and Johnson gained over 3 million followers in 2 weeks.
Johnson, who is based in Atlanta, has appeared on talk shows such as “Good Morning America” and “Tamron Hall Show.”
Her ex vigorously denied Johnson’s allegations.

Rothwell’s production company, Big Hattie Productions, acquired the rights to “Who TF Did I Marry?” after a bidding war. She will star as Johnson and also serve as executive producer alongside Johnson.
