“Dear fired executives & A&R’s:
Don’t be mad, UPS is hiring.
Also, feel free to submit your resumes for a job @ #HeavyOnIt.”

The wave of layoffs came after disgraced music mogul Sean Combs was arrested by Homeland Security agents in NYC on Monday, Sept. 16.
In an internal memo, Warner Music Group CEO Robert Kynci announced that additional employees will be clearing out their desks at the label next week.
Kynci did not say how many employees will be affected, but Billboard cites a source who said between 150 and 175 employees will lose their jobs.
In addition to Kevin Liles stepping down, Margo Scott, executive VP & general counsel at 300 Elektra Entertainment, is also leaving.
Executives hired by Liles at 300 Entertainment were also shown the door.
Michael Kyser, president of Black music at Atlantic Records, will also depart.
The layoffs caused tremors in a music industry that is already hard hit by declining music sales.
Combs’s arrest caused shockwaves as record executives locked down their social media accounts, scrubbed photos from their timelines, and deleted text messages and DMs.
Insiders whisper that Beyonce and Jay Z appear in secretly recorded videos seized from Sean Combs’ Los Angeles mansion in late March.
Combs is charged with sex trafficking, kidnapping, forced labor, transporting, and maintaining sex workers for prostitution, threats and coercion, and arson. The charges stem from evidence collected during raids on Combs’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles.
