Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty posed for a new photo on the California S*x Offender’s Registry as his house arrest comes to an end.
In the photo, first reported by Radar Online, Petty is wearing a denim button-up shirt over a white T-shirt.
He doesn’t smile for the camera.
The photo is part of Petty’s profile on the State of California Department of Justice’s Megan’s Law website, where people can view the address of s*x offenders who live nearby.
The new photo is part of an updated profile since he’s coming off house arrest.
A judge sentenced Petty to house arrest last September after a video surfaced on social media of him and his associates threatening Georgia rapper Offset.
Petty was convicted of first-degree attempted r*pe in 1994. He served four years in prison and was required to register as a s*x offender in NY where he lived at the time.
In March of 2020, Petty was indicted for failing to register as a s*x offender in California after he and Nicki moved there. He pleaded guilty to failing to register a month later.
In 2021, Petty sued to get his name removed from the NY S*x Offender’s Registry. But his lawsuit was unsuccessful.
In unrelated news, Nicki and Kenny were ordered to pay $500,000 after failing to respond to an assault lawsuit.
A security guard sued the couple after Kenny sucker punched him for allowing a fan to get on stage during Nicki’s concert in Europe in 2021.
