Philadelphia rapper YBC Dul was shot and killed on Friday afternoon in the city’s Olney section. The aspiring rapper and gang banger was 25.

Law enforcement told 6ABC Philadelphia that YBC Dul, born Abdul Vicks, was shot multiple times in the chest and hand around 3:45 p.m. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Witnesses told police 2 males wearing dark hoodies shot Vicks as he sat in a white Hyundai SUV on the 5500 block of N. 6th Street.

Vicks was affiliated with the Young Bag Chasers street gang.

He earned the nickname “Mr. Disrespectful” for digging up an opp’s grave and going live from the gravesite.

Vicks also allegedly threatened the mother of aspiring rapper K3 who was killed by a YBC gang member.

During a recent interview, Vicks showed off his gun collection. He revealed he kept guns in his vehicle for his own personal safety.

“I ain’t gonna lie bro, you should be nervous though bro because walking with me a bad jawn, but so-called ni**as be on my a*s still so that’d be a bad jawn.”

No arrests have been made in Vicks’ death.
