Sean Combs’ Lawyer Has a Good Explanation for 1,000 Bottles of Baby Oil

Sean Combs’ attorney addressed a report that federal agents seized 1,000 bottles of baby oil from Combs’ homes. The feds raided Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles in late March as part of an investigation into alleged sex trafficking allegations.

Combs was arrested in New York on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy on Sept. 16.

In a 14-page indictment unsealed on Sept. 17, feds accused Combs of being a kingpin of a criminal enterprise. The indictment described drug-fueled “freak off” parties that lasted for days. In addition to the 1,000 bottles of baby oil and other lubricants, federal agents seized over 700 dildos and other “freak off supplies” from Combs’ properties.

Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, sat down for an interview with TMZ’s Harvey Levin for a new TMZ Studios documentary on Tubi.

According to Agnifilo, there is a simple explanation for all those bottles of baby oil.

Agnifilo claims Combs buys baby oil “in bulk” from Costco. He said there is a Costco close to every house Combs owns.

“I don’t know what you need a thousand for. One bottle of baby oil goes a long way,” said Agnifilo. “I mean, he has a big house. He buys in bulk. You know, I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home. Have you sat in a parking lot of a Costco and seen what people walk out of there with?”

Agnifilo disputed the exact number of baby oil bottles seized from Combs’s homes. He suggested that the feds inflated the actual number of bottles.

“I don’t think it was a thousand,” Agnifilo told Levin. “Let’s just say it was a lot,” he added.

Agnifilo claims Combs’ infamous freak off parties were just intimate “threesomes” between Combs, his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura and a third individual.

Agnifilo also said Combs can’t wait to testify in court in his own defense. He said Combs is willing to be cross-examined by a federal prosecutor in court.

Combs was twice denied bond and he is sitting in a federal detention center in Brooklyn while awaiting his criminal trial next year.

His next court hearing is scheduled for October 10.
