Last week, Sean Combs‘ former bodyguard, Joseph “Big Joe” Sherman, filed a defamation lawsuit against Thalia Graves, the woman who accused him of sëxual assault.
Sherman said he wasn’t working for Combs in 2001 when Graves claimed the assault took place at the offices of Bad Boy Records in NYC.
“I’m not questioning her integrity,” Sherman told News 4 New York. “I’m questioning her claims against me. I wasn’t head of security. You’ve got the wrong man,” he added.
Sherman showed News 4 I-Team reporter Sarah Wallace DM messages from Graves asking him to help her get Combs.
“Her and whoever that she’s in cahoots with was orchestrating a money grab. She wanted me to be a part of her money grab — it says it right in her texts. She wanted to get Diddy,” Sherman said.
“It’s a lie on me!”

Now Sherman is going after bloggers who reported on the allegations against him.
In a post on his Instagram page, Sherman targeted bloggers who simply covered the news story about him.
“Let the war began I want a 100 million. My first lawsuit two more coming you,” he wrote, “post me on your blog once I get your information I’m coming for your neck. not posting the rest see me in court . this would never be possible if liberals would’ve win for years they been focusing on taking away the rights of all men [sic].”
In another post, Sherman claims bloggers are liable for defamation if they’re not a “mainstream media company like CNN or TMZ.”
He wrote: “more lawsuits on the way …when you post somebody and defame their name you are liable. I know you think saying “allegedly” saves your ass, but I’m gonna show you in court that you’re wrong if you’re not a mainstream media company like CNN or TMZ. Just waiting for my investigator to collect all the evidence and information on all the bloggers not the ones that just post the ones who focus on defaming me by interjecting into the situation. Wait till you see the next paperwork.”
