Actor Jonathan Majors showed his true colors when TMZ caught up with him and actress Meagan Good hiking in Runyon Canyon. A TMZ reporter complimented their physiques and asked about their wedding plans.
“Are you trying to get even more in shape for the wedding?” the reporter asked them. “No, we’re just trying to stay ready so we don’t gotta get ready,” Meagan responded.
When asked what’s their secret, Meagan said, “Body by J” while pointing to Jonathan. She implied that he’s her personal trainer. But Meagan held back on sharing details about the actual proposal, only revealing the location.
“We went to Paris with my dad and he asked for my hand in marriage there. And it was really sweet and really cute,” Meagan said. “And he asked my mom for my hand in marriage as well.”
The reporter then asked if the two had chosen a date to walk down the aisle. Meagan began to answer before Jonathan yanked her hand. She looked at him before she replied, “Yeah, we’re not gonna talk about that right now.”
Jonathan’s reaction to her response — by yanking her hand — proves that he is in control in their relationship. It is a warning sign and a red flag that women in Meagan’s position often ignore. Because having a piece of a man is better than having no man at all.
Fans were vocal about Jonathan’s controlling behavior. One person wrote “Did y’all see him yank her for that wedding question at the end??”
Another person noted: “He did not want her answering anything you see how he kept tugging on her.”
