Rapper Jay-Z responded to a bombshell allegation that he drugged and assaulted a 13-year-old child at an after-party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
In an amended lawsuit filed Sunday, a woman identified as Jane Doe claims the billionaire music mogul and Sean Combs, both 55, drugged and raped her in a bedroom.
Jay-Z vigorously denied the allegations and vowed that he will not pay his accuser “ONE RED PENNY.”
RadarOnline.com revealed Jay-Z was sent “reeling” by the amended lawsuit. In his response to CNN on Sunday, Jay-Z furiously denied the allegations as a “shakedown” and explained he will be sitting down with Beyoncé, 43, and their 3 kids to discuss the vile accusation.
“My only heartbreak is for my family,” he said in the statement. “My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age when her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people.”
Jay-Z continued: “I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure such at their young age.”
A source said Bey and Jay will not be alone when they speak to their children – daughter Blue Ivy, 12, and 7-year-old twins named Rumi and Sir. A child psychiatrist will also sit in on the discussion to make sure the conversation is age appropriate.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z began dating in 1997 when she was only 16 and he was 28.
In a 2007 interview, jay z said that he first noticed Beyoncé 10 years ago, she recorded the first DC album at the age of 15. Confirming that he knew / was checking on Bey since 15/16. Beyoncé recorded “No No No” at 15. pic.twitter.com/xIRtsFE0GX

Jane Doe originally filed a lawsuit against Combs in October but did not name Jay-Z in the complaint.
In her amended lawsuit on Sunday, Doe claims she began to feel woozy after consuming a drink at the party and wandered into a nearby bedroom. She alleges Jay-Z raped her first, followed by Combs. The woman says she hit Combs and ran out of the party.
Doe claimed a woman watched the assault, but she didn’t name the woman in the lawsuit.
Combs was arrested in Manhattan in September and charged with human trafficking. He is in a federal lockup in Brooklyn awaiting trial scheduled for May 2025.
When Jay Z sold drugs, he checked IDs and made sure no kids were harmed. He didn’t sell to parents. He honored a code. He was the honorable drug dealer. Tony Buzbee is about to find out. Jay Z is different. Even his threats are honorable.
